How to buy?

Where can I buy and try Bip products?

Bip is a 100% digital store. Your purchase is 100% secure and if you regret buying it or buy the wrong size, you can always exchange or return it, if the product is not customized. Check out our exchange and return policy here .

Returns

What is the return policy?

We only accept exchanges or returns due to regret if the request is made within 7 days after receiving the purchase, in accordance with Brazilian law. Products must be returned without signs of use (otherwise, the return may be denied) and in their original packaging. Returns will only be accepted for orders placed directly on our website.

To request a return, please contact us by email at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp at cell phone number [telephone] and provide your order number.

We cover the cost of shipping returns and resending exchanges, using economy shipping.

In the case of defective products, the deadline for requesting an exchange or return is up to 30 days after receiving the purchase, in accordance with Brazilian law. We ask that you send photos of the products in question to our customer service channels.

Please note that customized products are not eligible for exchange. Customized products are made exclusively for you and are therefore not eligible for exchange . Before placing your order, please check the size you have chosen, the information you have entered, and the customizations you want.

Refunds and returns will be made after we receive the order at our office and the products have undergone quality control.

How will I receive a prepaid return label?

Pre-paid return labels are provided for eligible return or exchange requests and will be sent by our customer service team via email.

Do you offer free shipping for returns?

We offer free shipping on eligible returns, using economy shipping.

How can I return a product I received as a gift?

If you received a product as a gift and need to return it, no problem. We accept gift returns, as long as the order was placed on our online store. To process a gift return, we will need the original order number and the email address of the gift purchaser. Just contact our customer service team via WhatsApp and we will sort everything out for you.

Refunds

I want to return my products and receive a refund.

First, you must request a return, informing our team of your order number and the email address you used to make the purchase at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp at the mobile number [telephone].

If your products are eligible for return, we will refund the full amount paid once we have received and inspected the returned item.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued once our warehouse team has received your return and inspected the products. This process can take up to 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed. The amount should appear in your bank account within 2 to 5 business days if you paid via PIX. If you paid via credit card, the balance will be credited to future invoices according to your card's policy (over which we have no control). We appreciate your patience while we work to process your return.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to be shipped and delivered?

The order will be dispatched within 1 business day after purchase confirmation. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information and carrier details.

We want you to enjoy your products as soon as possible, but you can check the estimated delivery date at checkout.

How can I track my product?

After your order is posted, we will send you an email with the tracking number, which will serve as a guarantee that the product will be sent to the customer. You can check the delivery status using the link sent by email.

How much will shipping cost and what shipping methods are available?

You can check the shipping cost on the checkout page. The available shipping methods are economy, expedited, express and buy and collect.

Order status

How do I know if my order has been accepted?

Once your order and payment are approved, we'll redirect you to a confirmation page and you're all set! You'll also receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.

Do you send updates on the status of my order?

Once your order and payment are approved, we will send you an order confirmation email. We will also send you an email once your order has been shipped, the email will have tracking information for the order.

What if I used the wrong email to place the order?

Contact our customer service channels to change your email address when registering. This step can be done via our WhatsApp (insert link to WhatsApp).

How do I change the delivery address for my order?

To change the delivery address, you need to contact us via email at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp at cell phone number [telephone]. We can only change the address for orders that have not been shipped.

Delivery

What should I do if I haven't received my package?

We are sorry that you are still waiting for your order. Please contact us via WhatsApp so that our customer service team can check what may have happened. We will certainly help you as quickly as possible so that your products are with you soon.

ATTENTION: Scams are common on Brazilian websites. Make sure you are using our unique address www.usebip.com to avoid falling for scams. Orders purchased on other websites are not our responsibility.

Incorrect address or recipient missing

Please be careful to fill in all fields completely and correctly (Address, Number, Neighborhood, City, State and Zip Code) and make sure that someone can receive your product at the address provided. If you have filled in the wrong address, please contact our support by email at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp at the mobile number [telephone].

Exchanges

What is the process for exchanging an order?

You must request a return with our support via email at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp using the mobile number [telephone].

Please note: not all products can be exchanged. For an exchange to be eligible, it must be made within the request period - 7 calendar days after receipt of the product or 30 calendar days after receipt in the case of defective products, in accordance with Brazilian law.

Once the request is complete, we will provide a prepaid return label. It is up to the customer to return the order within the deadline, the products must be unused and in the original packaging. Once we receive the return, we will proceed to a product inspection stage. Once the exchange is approved, we will contact you and send a new email with the tracking information for the new order.

Can I exchange my product for a product that is more expensive or cheaper?

Yes! No problem. To exchange your product for a product with a different value, you must request a refund with our support team via email at atendimento@usebip.com or via WhatsApp at [telephone number].

Can I exchange an exchange?

It is possible to make a new exchange, if the order is eligible, however the cost of the new exchange will be borne by you. To make the new exchange you will need to follow the same procedure as in the previous question.

Can I get a refund on an exchange?

Yes. We accept returns of exchanged products, if requested within 7 calendar days of receipt and if the product shows no signs of use and is in its original packaging.

Can I receive my exchanged product before returning the original item?

To ensure that the exchange and return process runs smoothly, our distribution center must receive and inspect all returned products. Therefore, exchange requests will only be processed after the original item has been returned. We apologize for the inconvenience. As an option to expedite the exchange, we recommend returning the original product, requesting a refund, and placing a new order at your earliest convenience.

Payment

Where do I enter the promo code?

To use a promo code, enter it on the payment page during checkout. Look for the "Add a promo code" field.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay via credit card, PayPal or PIX.

The credit cards we currently accept are Mastercard, Visa, Amex and PayPal. We offer payment in up to 3 interest-free installments.

Customization of lab coats and scrubs

Can I customize my scrub lab coat or shirt?

Yes, we have this option. When you access the product page, you can customize your piece. Please note that once customized, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I customize the product after purchasing it?

How can I find out more about the products I am purchasing?

On each product page you will find all the details of the product in question, including size chart, composition, description, washing instructions and special attributes.

Can I have the beeper go to my college, event or clinic?

Can I get a discount on bulk purchases?

Account

I have an account, but I forgot my password. What should I do?

To log into the customer session, simply include your registered email address. With each login, we will send a six-digit code to your email address. With this code, you will be able to access the logged-in area.

How can I ensure that all personal information will be kept confidential?

Please be assured that we will treat all data you provide us with the strictest confidentiality.

How can I delete my data?

To delete your data, you need to send an email to atendimento@usebip.com with your CPF, email and full name, requesting that your data be deleted.

We will delete your information within 7 days. Please note that when you delete your account, your entire order history will also be deleted.
